Dog Training #1: No Biting (Warning: Cuteness Overload)

in #dog7 years ago

If you are a dog lover or you have a pet dog you will know that its normal for puppies to bite you very so often. Especially if their teeth feels very uncomfortable they will find something that they can sink their teeth into. They would usually attack your feet as their easiest target. Maybe they feel that our skin is soft and there teeth can really sink in our skin. But as young as possible don't allow them to do it to you. Instead, give them something (i.e. toy, bone, dog treats) so they won't make your feet, leg and hand as target.

In our case, our puppy (Chucky), he is only 3 months old . We train him early that biting is not good for dogs. We usually called him by his name in a very loud voice to warn him that he is behaving badly.

To know what I'm talking about, see the video above and observe how he reacts when we mentioned his name in a very loud voice.

How do you train your dogs? Can you share?
