So cooper is almost a year old now. So he's been very rebellious.. However, the worst part about all this his barking at night. A couple of stray dogs come near my place at night and cooper just looses his calm and starts barking continuously. There is no end to his bark. Even if I give him some food, he still doesn't listen to me. If I try getting very close to him, then I'm destined to get a bite. This behaviour of his is very troubling to us. Especially in the night, we are not able to get proper sleep. Another bad habit of his is leash pulling. He's still a puppy but can easily take you off the ground if you are caught by surprise. I myself have fallen down once because of his excessive pulling. He doesn't like any other male dogs near him and usually gets into a fight. He doesn't even like other humans and again starts barking. He has no idea of how to walk. If anyone can help me teach cooper the right way to do all this, then it would be very helpful.
The Labrador is so popular, in 2006 there were approximately 3-5 times more Labs as there were German Shepherds or Golden Retrievers.
