Many Nigerian youths are whiling away time doing nothing, many others spend a quality time in the streets jumping from one menial job to another ranging from pushing barrows, hawking, pickpocketing, trying to both survive and live: it's called the hustle. Some youths have been frustrated into vices and other despicable acts, lives have been wasted, futures truncated and it's spreading like a deadly virus.

Meanwhile, we have youth commissions, youth ministries, government empowerment and numerous poverty alleviation programs functional to a particular circle year in, year out!And yet public policies are being made to alienate youths from governance, from involvement in nation building, from business, from independency, from accessing quality education from so many things into a sorry dejected state of irrelevance and nothingness; citing irresponsibility, exuberance and inexperience as poignant points.Who do we hold responsible? For the lives of many youths who have been frustrated into wrong choices (not making excuse for them), for the many lives of youths that have been wasted because some people would not allow resources that are constitutionally theirs to be maximized?Who would account for them?
Youth ministries, commissions, agencies, bodies and individuals should rise up and save our future, it's getting too late already!#youths #Nigeria #nigerianyouth #documentarynigeria #nigeriangovernment#nigeriadocumentary #youthempowerment #saveouryouths #documentary#documentaryphotography #street #streetphotography
