Abigail and Brittany Hensel :

 Abigail and Brittany Hensel made headlines when they were just six years old and they were guests on The Oprah Winfrey Show they have two heads and one poor so making them rare in the conjoined twin community considering that conjoined twins are already rare it's like finding an extra diamond in the diamond in the rough they also have two sets of organs above the waist so Abby and Brittany each have their own heart set of lungs and their own stomach plus they control the side of the body that they're on they also share reproductive organs upon first glance the world fell in love with the twins and people wanted to know more about them because the girls became so popular overnight they got their own TV special called joined for life and eventually got their own television show on TLC Abby and Brittany as the girls navigated through their teenage years they may headlines when they figured out how to drive a car once they graduated from high school they studied education at Bethel University and became 5th grade teachers compared to their public life from when they were younger they now live a pretty low-key life and are doing really well today
