Kidney is one of the important organ in our body.
As part of the excretory system, the kidney organ serves to filter out dirt (especially urea) from the blood and dispose of it along with water in the form of urine.
Here are some Habits that can damage your kidney organs, including:
Consume Alcoholic Beverages
Excessive alcohol consumption and too often can increase the risk of damage to your kidney organs, because alcohol makes your kidneys work harder than usual.
Holding urinate
Frequent urination will make the bladder increase the work load on the kidneys and may cause kidney stones or even kidney failure.
Drink less Water
If you do not drink enough amount of water then the dirt and toxins on the body that should be excreted from the body will start to accumulate and cause kidney damage.
Consume Excessive Salt
High levels of salt in the body will cause kidney damage. Because it can overload the organ and increase blood pressure.
If the kidney organ is not functioning properly in performing its duties then certainly will experience serious health problems, one of which chronic renal failure.
Being late to realize chronic kidney failure can cause a person to routinely perform dialysis (dialysis) to survive, even a kidney transplant.
