You need to do your own job well

At early stages of Google,they ask the interviewee for show their scores at school.Even thought he was working for many years.
Many people didn’t understand why they do this until Jun Wu,A manager of Google,told them why.
The management of Google think as a students there should be a student’s appearance and get a good result.It is their responsible.
If they could play a good student role,they could play their worker role again.
Therefor whatever we do,doing it as well as we can is the lower limit.
