It's the final day on this side. My men have become restless, they seem more like landlubbers than the hardened men that shipped out with me months ago, as we lifted anchor and set sail there were no cheers of joy and excitement but an overwhelming feeling of dread.
Though it took more than a weeks travel to reach mainland on our trip here, the dark waters of The Breach and tendrils of clouds have already started to envelop the ship. Sahaguin have also been spotted gathering around the smaller islands as we sail. They seem to have no intentions of piracy, and though the armaments on my dear Valen give me security, their numbers worry me and my men can't sleep with even the slightest idea of an attack.
I love you, Symphillia, I hope this is not the last sunset I see without you, I hope Gerald has grown strong and I can't wait to hug you with these two weary arms. See you on the horizons.
