Resteem is just a term used on steemit like "retweet" on twitter , he thinks he owns the term "resteem" , Action will be taken against him , Soon he will know.
It has nothing to do with the term "resteem" but with the "Resteem Bot".

First he has stolen the FAQ from @resteem.bot, modified it a bit. Later he has stolen every concept from @resteem.bot.
