It's not mooning nor is it a pump. It's one exchange (HitBTC) who has STEEM/SBD deposit/withdrawals disabled and has for a long time (possibly forever).
Just some third party sites use CoinMarketCap's average SBD price which uses HitBtc and Poloniex, both really poo metrics on the real price of STEEM/SBD.
