Yea I just joined the Steemit community and it doesn't even seem worth it to get sucked up in this debate of essentially growth hacking your Steemit account. It already seems like a lot less effort to just focus on posting quality content and connecting with the right people; probably a lot less frustrating that way too lol. With that being said, I'm hoping to start seeing some interesting content on my feed so please feel free to connect.
