Thanks @khalidjr11 I checked him out and it's pretty clever. The links he is spamming is are bit.ly links to a spoof steemit.com posts linked to a steemil . com domain He changed the last letter to a small L so that it looks exactly to steemit.com in your browser in small characters. The above link goes to and please don't visit or log in with your credentials.
