We feel very happy to share that Shefali started her own business after receiving training from @WomenEmpowerment last couple of months. @WomenEmpowerment is a social venture founded by Mohammed Abdul Aziz @Azizbd on 7 January 2017. The main objective of the venture is the facilitate local underprivileged women by providing free access to skill-based training and empower them. Steemit has been supporting the venture to continue its free training and buy training materials, open a new shop and develop the business idea over the online.
Shefali is the first trainee of @WomenEmpowerment who could manage to buy a second hands sewing machine for herself. The second daughter Jannatul study at @SchoolForSDG4 . School For SDG4 is the steemit Funded Charity school in Bangladesh, founded by Mohammed Abdul Aziz @Azizbd on 20 April, 2016. The school provides free education to around 60 underprivileged kids.
A few days ago, I visited her house and found that she is working in the yard. In December 2017. She left the city as her husband was not able to pay rent, their expenses. So Jannatul left school and moved to the village with her mother. I went to slum and was able to say Good Bye Jannatul. But they returned to the city again and running behind hope. She started training and bought a sewing machine. She gets some orders from local people and gets some earning to contribute to the family. She wants to work in the shop as soon as we open it. Not only Shefali, we would like to support more women in our community. Steemit Blockchain supports the cause through donation and upvote support. The social business idea will benefit hundreds of women and families. We are also promoting products made by our community women and receiving orders from supports. Recently we received an order from @r2cornell and @jessicakluthe. We also received 20 SBD donation from @r2cornell last week and 15 SBD donation from @ADollarADay charitable project run by @pennsif wordwide. It was sponsred by @pennsif, @cryptocurator, @deliberator, @goldendawne, @kryptoe, @makinstuff, @mother2chicks, @redrica, @steevc, @tinypaleokitchen & witnesses @quochuy, @steemcommunity & @yabamatt .

It is so amazing to see support coming from international friends and supporters. And there is a little post to work alone when strengths are in numbers. I trust to eradicate gender discrimination, family violence and ensure the standard of living, women empowerment is vita al part of peace and development.
We are going to buy an overlock machine supported by @ADollarADay project. It will cost more than 115 USD according to the market price. I am looking for convenience time to withdraw the fund or buy the SBD/steem myself as @Azizbd or take help of anyone to get the fund in Bangladesh.
I am with @womenempowerment on 22 April, 2018. We are planning to open a new shop in September 2018. The shop will allow the women to be hired and paid for their work. We will also promote our work and activities on steemit to continue our free training, development of the project and sell the ready made garments, handicraft works and so on.
