It's a pity that I missed your video! Your city is going along nicely! I reckon you can save that triangular space behind your residential area, close to the highway, to become your CBD once you open up the area next to it and have more office buildings.

BTW thanks for your Upvoted. I feel silly that I thought my city was built in City Skylines when it was actually City XL. I will finish posting about my city anyway and then I will go back and dig up my city in Cities skyline.
