I get to know different definition for Eos is as follows:
eos is a blockchain-based decentalization operating system for building commercial scale DAPPS
It is also defined as enterprise operating system.

Big ups to Dan Larrima for how he has been impacting lives positively here in Nigeria, infact Globally. he's the brain behind bitshare, steem & now eos.

• Scalability: It supports thousands of commercial scale DAPPs. It also allow building on it thereby people can buy from it.
• Useability: It is very reliable cos it is readable, some eos provide reversible options. eos is an open softwear and free marketing therefore it has no government interference .

Introduction To DPOS & The Role Of Block producers In The Eos Ecosystem.
POW- Proof of work

• The servers are well distributed.
• Transactions are bundled together in form of blocks
• Rewards is always given to people who solved problems
• It verifies transactions.

POS - Proof of stake
This simply means own a stake in the platform to produce more blocks. The role of block producers are bringing values to the table & also producing blocks just as the miners in bitcoin.

DPOS- Delegated Proof Of Stake:
This is the fastest , most efficient , most decentralised and most flexible consensus model available. It is elected by people in the community to produce blocks.
