Hello there, excellent post !! This type of training looks super fun but it is also important to remember that you must be very careful when practicing it. I recommend 3 basic rules before each training session:

  1. Perform warm-up exercises
  2. Do not exceed the training limits according to your weight and age
  3. Always stay hydrated during training
