North Aceh floods by the end of 2017

Dozens of villages in five sub-districts in Aceh Utara District, Aceh Province, were flooded by the end of 2017, floods caused by overflowing rivers in the area. The floods in the area of ​​the local rain continued to soil, so tens of villages experienced flooding with a height of up to 1 meter, while the muddy village in the ponds pirak timu, muli coolies, lhoksukon, langkahan, and vast land, therefore the worst floods consisted only in mature districts of coolies and squat. The community hopes that the district government should distribute the aid in the form of daily necessities, but to overcome the flood should find the best solution, in the form of proper river dike to make the local people's desire to not flood every year.

Puluhan desa di lima kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Provinsi Aceh, mengalami banjir pada akhir tahun 2017,banjir yang diakibatkan oleh meluapnya sungai di daerah tersebut.
Banjir yang di perparah oleh hujan lokal yang terus mengguyur, sehingga puluhan desa mengalami banjir dengan ketinggian hingga 1 meter, adapun desa yang teredam di kecamatan pirak timu, matang kuli, lhoksukon, langkahan, dan tanah luas,oleh sebab itu banjir yang terparah hanya terdiri di kecamatan matang kuli dan pirak timu.
Masyarakat berharap agar pemkab sudikiranya untuk menyalurkan bantuan berupa kebutuhan sehari-hari, namun untuk menanggulangi kebanjiran harus mencari solusi yang terbaik, berupa mendirikan tanggul sungai yang layak supaya keinginan masyarakat setempat agar tidak lagi banjir setiap tahunnya.
