Nafa-Khum is a beautiful waterfall in Bangladesh on Sangu River. By volume of water fall it is one of the largest waterfalls in the country. The height is like 25-30n feet and this is a sudden fall of long Shagu River.

KHUM is a Marma Language means Waterfall. We have been there on 2nd May and there was enough although rain started mid of May. The falls are located in a remote area at Bandarban District and need around 3 hours walk from Remakri, Thanchi District and to reach Remakri it will take three hours boat journey from Thanchi.

Total journey will be adventurous so, time will go quick. It is recommended to take mosquito replant and some dry food during journey. Drinking water will be available from several falls but still carry a litter of drinking water. Remember to take only survival kit and light weight couple of shorts and breathable T-shirt.

Thank you everyone. Hope to see you here!!! Do contact with me if you need more information @mustavi.
