RE: Cleaning My Kitchen After A Day Of Filming

in #dlive6 years ago

Your kitchen is rad! Yes I said rad. My kitchen is horrible, so I film at my table. LOL Plus they way mine is built it is way to hard to film around it and get the angles that I want. If you go back and look at my really really early episodes you will see more of the kitchen. It's got the classic mid-80s style to the cabinets and nasty formica counter tops. haha I never did anything with it because I always figured I would sell it and buy a house with a yard. But then the market crashed! haha I hope to have a dream kitchen some day! :)

You will have it for sure! You are on the right path! Soooo happy for your huge upvotes on the intro absolutely killing it 😁. Thanks for the shoutout on it by the way. Keep it up!

Yes I can't wait! :) And thank you so much! It has been TOTALLY unexpected!! And you are absolutely welcome thanks for the suggestion to do an intro video on Dtube!! It is crazy to think how much faster you can earn a decent amount of money on Dtube/Steemit as opposed to YouTube. YouTube takes forever it seems lol. But once it gets going it is pretty awesome. I will probably do a Dtube exclusive video about Dtube vs. YouTube for earning potential. Could be a fun post.

That's a great video idea! The thing with steemit is earnings vary because of manual curation, sometimes more sometimes less, sometimes almost 0...but for sure if your consistent you will get rewarded!

That is very true! And it also depends on what the value of steem is too. There is definitely great potential with both, but I think it may be a little easier to start earning on Steemit then on YouTube, or at least quicker. haha. heck with the new rules you can't even monetize your channel on YouTube until you have 1k subs and 4k hours of watch time. Of course if your stuff happens to go viral on YouTube you can do pretty well pretty quickly, but that doesn't happen too often. haha

Exactly...that's why I post all my vids on steemit first for monetization because on youtube I cant monetize yet, so this is helpful for sure. At least it pays for all the food too lol.

lol yes!! And food isn't cheap! lol I think maybe I would cover that in my blog post, differences between just barely starting out from scratch vs. already far into one vs. the other. I see a lot of good content that I can speak about. :)
