Watch The Young Ghanaian Female Teacher who Has Made Teaching The Best Profession.

Let me introduce to my readers today the need to take into consideration the qualities of a good teacher when you are looking for the best for your ward. In case you never saw this during your school going age, then you would be more than excited to turn into a complete child once again to be found in the class of this female Ghanaian teacher... Teachers are in disguise great leaders and so always must create a good and favourable environment for their pupils. Among the good things every successful teacher should posses in order to ensure his/her lesson well delivered and objectives achieved is;

• the ability to build a perfect relationship with her students. This l see as the only guarantee that will endeavour every single student in a class to approach the teacher and present to him/him the needs. This is so important and must be seen by every ambitious teacher.
• developing a powerful sense of dedication to teaching. The passion and zeal that must be seen in every occupation of whatever anyone else does is being dedicative to the job. It is what makes you appreciate what you do and do things better. I called this motivation.
• showing so much care and love for your students. Every teacher must surely make the needs of their students priority. The child first. Their happiness yours and other goodies follow in return.

I am so surprised to see these powerful and many other qualities in a young Ghanaian female teacher called Ama. She has demonstrated really well to Ghanaians and the world at large that,students are her number one priority. I am convinced that she even thinks of the kids much more than she does for herself. Ama has exhibited a true character of a good teacher through her relationship and dedication to what she does. I can't tell how teaching appears in other countries and around the world. But it is one of the last jobs people would get into. Maybe thats because it comes with poor conditions and not relatively attractive the the Ghanaians.

Regardless of all these, Ama has given many people through teaching that it is a beautiful act. Take time to see the haponess she shares those styles and greetings with her students.. I don't think you would ever miss her class should you be her student. Cos missing her class means missing a whole day of complete hapiness.
