cpu was at 2% for obs and 20% for pubg
3500 now , seems obs was struggling aswell very strange

Might be something taking up you cpu power.
Try using 3500 cbr. Usually works for me on twitch when I'm doing 1080p 60

cant even handle 8000 cbr
not working very well for me but i suppose with more tweaking
There's a huge amount of buffering going on. I don't think dlive can fully handle 1080p 60 at this moment.
