Why should she scare of them, they can do nothing to her... children are not afraid of animals by nature, they normally even like them. If children are scared of animals, it's guaranteed from the parents. The parent who teach them to fear animal...
However the fact is, actually we are human are more scary and harm the most animals on Earth, not reverse :)
I'll have to agree with you my friend,some humans are most scary....my warm regards to her.
