Everyone seems to be playing fortnite right now haha! I seriously have to try this game out and see what all the rave is about - I've played once on PS4, but never on PC. Is there a noticeable difference?

Building is a lot more of a factor in PC I believe because of hotkeys and fast movement. I don't know exactly what else might be different, but be prepared for some stressful build wars! Worth it though for the fun and adrenaline.
