CBR
Interval 2
x264
2800 bitrate
HQ preset
4.2 high
1080 output
Audio 96
On ryzen cpu & nvidia 1060 6gb.

More or create on demand categories can be a good option. I'm broadcasting programming and my wife start with paintings in a few days.
