Oh my I have learned this lesson the hard way. When starting we were tempted by short term gains, catching peaks and valleys; what those 'gurus' don't tell you is that this is one of the only guarenteed way to lose money in crypto!

With robot traders, smart high frequency algorithms, they prey on everyday traders greedy for today's gains. Their techniques gain on the psychology of the everyday person, just who they hope will day trade!

But if we buy only promising and useful projects with active communities, and sit on our hands and let the value grow, we cannot rob ourselves of possible gains by trading. Good projects grow over time, and that growth can be so massive that there is literally no need to risk everything for a daily boost!
