There is nothing wrong with knowing its rough nature. Sometimes when you are too sensitive to your mistakes, this usually draws you to the shells. After a series of postures and sweating from head to toe, you are learning to accept reality for yourself. Like the way you fall off a posture and back. Yoga reminds you to accept defects as well as mistakes. In Yoga, you remind yourself that we are "imperfect in a perfect way"
