The helicopter crash claimed the lives of multiple people including the NBA superstar Kobe Bryant, and her daughter. Wondering if the helicopter crash may have been caused by the error or the pilot.
It is too early to judge though. Yes, the pilot had been counseled in the past for an error, but we cannot say he did the same thing. It's an accident nobody will ever wanted, even the pilot didn't as he also died from the crash. But still, something should have been done so the crash could've been prevented.
