The Hubble Space Telescope has distinguished soccer ball-molded particles in the midst of the gas and residue that fills the space past our nearby planetary group and between other star frameworks.

That space is known as the interstellar medium or ISM, and Hubble is uncovering a portion of the baffling electrically charged atoms inside it. An as of late distributed examination in the Astrophysical Journal Letters investigates the soccer ball particles.

Whenever stars and planets structure, they pull together material from billows of gas and residue. This is the reason the interstellar medium is so significant.
