Evelyn Sharma is a bollywood actress and has done decent movies. She has been a part of the industry for nearly a decade and has finally been able to afford a shed in financial capital of India - Mumbai.
The reason this article is important is to highlight how Mumbai is unaffordable to live in. When people in the developed world talk about asset bubbles in residential real estate, i think nothing touches Mumbai. I think the average home price to residential income ratio in Mumbai touches 45 in "affordable" areas. That's crazy and nothing seems to bring a drop in it.
