Are customer's trust broken? I don't think so, you will still find 3 out of 5 that trust the banks with their lives.
Not only in Australia but globally, these banks just make me sick.
They are in my opinion the most corrupt institution in the world!

There was some really disturbing points that came out of the royal commission. The banks have been forced to change their ways but I still believe they will continue to lose market share to crypto.
They are not going to change, in that case it gives crypto a chance
