The CryptoDailyUK Definitive Guide To Steemit - Social Media On The Blockchain - Crypto Daily™

Dhared From Dlike

In August of 2016, we were first introduced to the Steemit social media platform by our friends Jeff Berwick and Sterlin Luxan.

This is a fairly decent review of STEEM. The author does mention Steemit a little too much, but does sort of clarify that STEEM is the blockchain and Steemit is an access point.

The author is Steemian @hilarski and the article quite clearly and easily explains a lot of the unique characteristics of STEEM, including SteemPower, how to buy STEEM and some basic etiquete. It is obvious that the piece is written by someone with extensive experiences with STEEM.

This is quite a useful article to share around the mainstream social media networks, and it could bring in more users. I do worry about the start of the article:

After netting a whopping $5200 on my first post on Steemit I was hooked. Here is my first post, “Hi My Name is Randy Hilarski AnCap and Crypto Marketer.”

Stating such a high figure for the first post sets an unrealistic expectation of earning potential here. Those days of massive payouts on posts are long gone, and enticing people in with such figures could lead to disappointment, and poor retention.

Overall, a good quality article to share around and hopefully increase the awareness of STEEM.

Hope you enjoyed this post,

Have a great day,

John.
