Do you hate or dislike a specific sound?

Does a specific sound make you panic or fill you with rage?

Does the noise some makes during eating,  breathing,  chewing, yawning or whistling make you anxious or uncomfortable?

Are you feeling rage and anger while observing some small repetitive movements (and/or sound) such as someone fidgets, jostles you or wiggles their foot?

If the answers of the above questions are Yes, then you are most likely suffering from a condition known as misophonia or selective sound sensitivity syndrome

This is common in autism. Shrill sounds and rock basses are common triggers among autistics. The potential to irritate of other sounds is variable.

Well I hate sound of metal and teeth scratching! Does that count?

Well. If a sound creates discomfort for others as well in the same manner, it shouldn't be considered as misophonia. But if your response is exaggerated than other others, then there is possibilities, I think.
