Funny thing, so it happens that some prosecutors from Louisiana have adopted the practice of serving fake subpoenas to potential witnesses in order to make them cooperate.
These subpoenas were said to have been used to threaten the individuals with fake arrests and hjai terms should they refuse to comply.
