Politicians are puppets, and the puppet-masters have no patriotism; they support no country in particular. We live in an environment of mass-surveillance. Everyone carries a front and rear facing camera in their pocket with a microphone. There is no possible way Trump could "pull a fast one" on us.

Putin and Trump are pawns. Imagine the level of intelligence and ruthlessness it takes to rule the world. These people do not reveal themselves. They lurk in the shadows and they control all the money.

Occam's razor is the backbone of the scientific method. You use the razor to shave off unnecessary variables to make the equation solvable. So, which variables have you identified as white noise? How have you simplified the equation?

Trump is an actor. Trump was put in power by someone in the shadows as a practical joke. "Haha, check this out. I'm going to do this and they still won't understand how this all works." We are being laughed at, and probably rightfully so. It does not matter who the puppet is, the establishment always gets what it wants.

This is a magic act, and the whole Russia thing is a distraction to stop us from looking at the other hand. Occam's Razor could just as easily shave off this variable when looking at geopolitics as a whole.
