Police have held onto cocaine from a Brazilian flying corps official who was expected to go with President Jair Bolsonaro home from the G20 summit in Japan.
Officials captured the man on Tuesday in Seville after purportedly finding 39kg of cocaine in his gear.
The man had been appointed with going with President Bolsonaro on the last leg of his trek back to Brazil.
Mr Bolsonaro was going on a different plane at the season of the capture.
On Twitter, Mr Bolsonaro said that he has asked the Defense Ministry to co-work with Spanish experts and that, whenever demonstrated liable, the official would be "judged and indicted by law".
