    Understand, life happens! The rental may be where you're supposed to be. Do you have travel trailers there? That may be the perfect prepping method for you.

        I put a travel trailer out on my homestead. That way, if I need to move before the main building is done; I can live there while I work on the needed upgrades.

        If you got one, it could give you a place to live; while you look for land to move on to!
