Some time ago a friend of mine asked me to do a holster for him. He have this nice and shiny Smith and Wesson 686 revolver with 6 inch barrel. He is also a big fan of Walking Dead series, so he asked me to do something similar to Rick Grimes holster.

I ordered some thick and heavy leather, and went to the workshop to make some templates and then the holster itself. Some technical details about this project:
- cow hide, 4 mm thick was used in this project,
- holster was stamped with basketweave stamp,
- hand stitched with 1 mm thread,
- mahogany antique finish was used for coloring,
- acrylic resoline leather finish was used for water protection.
