Cakes that suits the pallet

Apart from the brightness cakes brings to my face just at first glance, the taste is just so die for. I'm the type of person who attends birthday parties with the main objective of eating cakes.
Cakes are amazing, with the numerous types of cakes out there, I can't get tired of it. Cake is an amazing desert especially when it comes with amazing flavours. My favourite is chocolate.
I've always been a consumer of cake and not a producer, recently I took some classes on cake making and I gave it a trial.
INGREDIENTS
I got my baking ingredients around my area. The flour, margarine, egg, flavours, baking pan, sugar,baking soda,baking powder.
PROCESS

• Add sugar and margarine in a bowl, mix till a whitish fluffy mixture is formed.
• crack eggs in a bowl and add to the already mixed margarine and sugar.
• mix well until all egg are dissolved
• add flour of known quantity to the mixture, mix well to avoid lumps.
• make sure your mixture isn't to thick, as it is going to affect the outcome of the cake
• add flavour of desire ,baking powder and baking soda.
• wipe your baking pan with oil, just to grease it up
• then gently pour your cake mixture into the pan.
• oven baked your cake for minutes
• your amazing tasty cake is done and ready to devour.
