Disney is one of the most popular production companies that make cartoons for children. Let's just say some of the messages they convey are not very socially acceptable. Here are some of the negative lessons they teach our kids.
- British people or people with an accent are evil.
- Be stronger than your enemy, not smarter.
- Intelligence and cunning are bad traits.
- It's totally cool to kiss a dead girl you found in the forest.
- It's ok to lie, cheat, and steal as long as you're attractive.
- You don't have to take accountability for your actions.
- Being reckless pays off in the long run.
- Non domesticated carnivorous animals are friendly and lovable creatures that totally wont try to kill you.
- Like someone and they don't like you back? It's totally cool to hold them captive until they give in to stockholm syndrome.
- Getting married under the age of 16 to someone you bet a week age is true love.
- No matter what happens, your hair will look amazing (so not true)
- It's ok to use the handicapped as pets (talking dog goofy using mute dog pluto as pet)
- Running away is totally ok.
- You will always be easily forgiven as long as you're attractive.
