SALAD : Healthy dish for PCOS sufferer

When you live with PCOS
It's a must to eat only healthy foods, no fry, no baked, no junk food at all..
And one of those is Salad..
It's good to fight the PCOS symptoms..

But you know what
I used to hate salad so much
Raw vegetables with vinegar, salt, and pepper only..
Swear to God i do hate it..!!
But when i realise i need to struggle with PCOS
I need to change my live style to be healthier..
I decide to eat salad for my lunch today..
Yeaw.. 😂😂😂
