I think it's illegal. I mean if a regular everyday citizen knew about a crime that's about to happen and said nothing and did nothing, they'd be charged, so why not the officials? Why are they immune?
Apparently, it's just frustrating to see an obvious solution, and yet not be able to get it implemented because they're more interested in burning the constitution.
