If Musk can bring himself as a CEO back from the future where money and value have no meaning, I'll be a fan and investor. 15 years of Tesla being a black hole for private and tax payer money does not make me a fan. Imagining and researching future technology is important, but selling the people on running a marathon when you don't know how to crawl is a little disingenuous. I love the idea of solar power but I didn't buy solar panels back in the nineties. Elon must find a way to make the steps to the future profitable for his investors. Also note that you can't invest in his best ideas like Space X or Hyperloop. He was made rich by the investors in the loser company Tesla but they have no claim to the profits( if any) of his futuristic technology endeavors. Hope he changes my mind, but not a fan of Elon Musk right now.
