I'll be dining on some Tilapia this evening.

No more yellow fruit... it's time for green... an apple and some green hot chili peppers :-)

It's all speculation but I'm usually correct.

Leftover pork butt, cauliflower w/Gouda cheese and pencil thin asparagus seared in garlic oil.
We do love Tilapia, blackened with Chef Paul's blackened red fish seasoning.

I'm hoping pizza. I love that shit.

Here is some veggie curry I made. This is before I mixed in all the veggies. I was trying to copy Thai food and it came out pretty well. It was very delicious and not hard at all.

i have an interesting funny story!

So a couple of hours ago i was extremely hungry but i almost had nothing to eat. I then said to go to the mini market of my neighborhood which is 2 minutes of my house. It was closed

Then i said i will order pizza. I go through the site only to see a ''note'' that said we are on vacation..... It was closed

Third option was the other delivery i usually take that has Souvlaki. I call them and nothing, nobody answered and then i remembered that this was the only day it was closed

I ended up eating oat with a little bit of honey and cinnamon just to be bearable :P

My mom ordered pizza. I had a sub early because I'm a heavy lunch guy, but I have room for more.

I made rice with lentils and fish curry :D

Had a nice "Mediterranean" dinner - a Greek Salad and a steak and cheese sandwich. I would post a picture but I already ate it. It was quite nice, but a little too oily >.<
