World Travel, Peru, Waraz, Peru, Huaraz (Laguna 69)
I went to the Laguna 69 tour. At 4,600 meters above sea level, the altitude was lower than the
previous day, but physically, it was more difficult. There were many uphills on the way, and the
roads were much longer. It took about 7 hours round trip. My breath was more often choked. I
also felt like a rat was lightly spread over my entire body. Tired. Unlike the usual trekking, I
kept stopping. I was always ahead in the Himalayan trekking, where my physical condition was
extremely poor due to changing water, and I always walked in the lead in all trekking. After a
break, I almost arrived in the lake as a group.
The lake was found 69th in the Waraz area and was named Laguna 69. Unfortunately, upon
reaching the summit, a thin rain began to rain. The sky was a little dark with cloudy clouds. It
wasn't a full emerald lake, but it was still enough to feel the clarity.
I came down again and got on the bus. Arrived at the hostel and showered in hot water for a
long time. Most of the fatigue was washed away. I bought only rice and salad from the
restaurant just below the hostel. Boiled Shin Ramyun and served with it. I was sweating. Even
the remaining fatigue evaporated. My body was tired, but my mind was just awake. I was able
to fall asleep a little late.
It's going to be about 60 Laguna here.
Start trekking and cut one. I didn't know at this time. How much my breath will fill up
nature
Long and long way.
Breathless breathlessness...

When you lower your head, it is so simple.
