nice colorful flower from my backyard

This is another colorful flower I noticed in my backyard.

As the previous one I posted, I have no idea what kind of plant it is or its origin or whatever!

I hope I'll be lucky like last time and someone that knows more will explain me, and everyone else that will read this post something about this very beautiful flower
