Healthier Me

in #diet8 years ago

My daughter got married in November 2016 and when I saw the photos of myself, I burst into tears. I looked tired and sooooo unhealthy. I am 44 years old and have been overweight for the last 15 years. I came across a 28 Day Eating Plan and I thought this was it I AM GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT starting 2 Jan 2016. Well it is nearly my daughter’s first wedding anniversity and I HAVE NOT lost an inch. Not because the diet plan did not work but because I was too damn lazy to do what I was so adamant to do and that was to actually start looking after my health.
I want to start and I hope that there will be a few people that will join me on this journey.

I know the formular is 80% food and 20% else. But i would say dieting isn't the answer. You want to download life long habbits. Eat healthier versions of things you like, more veg less bread/ wheat generally as it coverts to sugar, eat health fats and find an exercise you can do regularly. Try mercola.com for more tips.

Tks for the tips. I need as much info as possible
