I have been trying to lose weight for months now and I just keep going up and down.
If I really put my mind to it I can lose weight fast I have always known that bread and chips were my downfall.
A couple of years back I hit my highest weight of 16 stone 4 pounds ( 103.4kg) but now I am down to about 15 stone.
But over each weekend I go up by about 6-7 pounds which is really unmotivating me as it means I spend the entire week chasing 15 stone again instead of moving towards my next goal.
I make sure I meet at least 10000 steps a day and I jog 3-4 time a week 5km I am also a member of a gym but rarely go just because I get so bored there.
I am not trying to make any excuses this is more of an winge then anything, I do know if I could control my diet I would lose a lot more.
If anyone has any low carb diet advise to replace bread and chips I would really appreciate it.
It is the snacks that get me........
