Fat is not the storage of food energy for later.
Fat is the buffered storage of toxemia to detox at a later time when the blood’s pH will not become deathly acidic by the detoxification process.
By “fat”, I am referring to the adipose tissue system. I am not referring to the “fat” in your peanuts. I am also referring to the adipose tissues of other animals.
With this knowledge, you can lose weight...FAST. Losing weight is this simple: eat more foods that are part of your natural, species-specific diet. That is the most efficient way to lose weight.
Good News for Paleo Dieters
Kinda.
Civilized humans think that their natural diet is discovered in middle school or by searching google. One doesn’t find their diet on a food pyramid at the public school. Schools are paid to promote these materials or given these materials for free by businesses looking to sell something that may not be the best for your body. One also doesn’t find their diet in books that receive funding from core food industries.
You find your natural diet in nature. As in: you actually go outside to eat—not to a grocery store. If you’re following a paleo diet, stop going to the grocery store and you’ll discover very quickly your natural diet.
The Natural Diet of Man
Is fruit. Just fruit. If you want to get real technical, all you need is light, and the chemical reactions give off a light that animates the body. You can measure this light only from “living” (animated) beings. Kirlian photography, biophotons, “qi”, etc. How interesting.
So for fruit, you want...
- ripe fruit.
- fresh fruit.
Chefs and scholars like to call the following fruits “vegetables”, but really, they are the fruits of the plant:
- tomato
- cucumber
- zucchini
- eggplant
- avocado
- all peppers (bell peppers, serano peppers, jalapeño, etc)
Why is it that fruits are part of the human diet?
- give you plenty of structured hydration. No need to chill by the lake-side and sip the water like a deer.
- plenty of energy in the form of the buffered, alkaline, fruit sugar.
- zero need for insulin—your only insulin use is for the parts of the fruit that were not ripe. Besides, the glycemic load for all fruits is very, very low. (Say that to your doctor or certified nutritionist next time they’re talking about glycemic index as if it’s an important variable by itself....!)
- all the fiber you need for movement and traction for the undigested fruit matter to be eliminated via the colon.
- plenty of protein to gain muscle.
- not too much protein—which is what nearly all Americans are suffering from and dying from.
- THEY ARE INSANELY ABUNDANT PER FRUIT TREE / BUSH / VINE!!!
Non-Starchy Vegetables
Vegetables are indeed part of the human diet. Especially vegetables low in or statistically void of starch. Starch obstructs (clogs) your pores, capillaries, cell transporters, and even developing to clog your lymphatic system, blood system, colon, organs, etc. Starch basically pollutes your human vehicle.
Sure, Dr. John McDougal’s “Starch Solution” does help people who are eating fried foods and meats AND starch. It is more accurate to call it, “Dr. John McDougal’s Starch Pollution.”
Why is it that vegetables are a part of the human diet?
- Whatever you can eat is...well...something that you can eat :)
- The non-starchy vegetables have been observed by nearly all of us throughout all of our lives (humans of the past and present) to cause no harm.
- Stimulates the removal of environmental (or consumed) junk.
I am not speaking about edge cases where someone has an allergy to a non-starchy vegetable.
Examples of non-starchy vegetables that are optimal for the human body are the tender parts:
- leaves (if tender)
- stems (if tender or high in water content...such as celery)
Most “starchy” parts of the plants are the roots, trunks, and sometimes even the fruit—this is why all lifeforms wait until the fruit has ripened.
Fun Facts
- according to the American society of “vegetarianism”, eggs are vegetables.
- I have lost over 80 pounds, and that was when I ended the cycle of losing and re-gaining weight.
- a cooked vegan diet is not that much healthier than the standard American diet; however, the experience between both diets has a large difference in feel.
- the human body is known to go longer than 10 days without food AND water.
- losing weight by exercise is extremely inefficient. This is why most people fail and gym businesses win.
- you do not “burn” or “use” fat, you detox what is buffered inside it, and then the fat is recycled.
- I weigh significantly less than I ever did in highschool, and I am significantly stronger than I ever was in high school.
- where ever there is grass and air, it is absolutely impossible to starve to death. It is not starvation that is killing people around the world—it is ignorance from people’s disconnection from nature.
Thank you! :)
Some info about me: I eat primarily fruits and leafy greens ("fruitarian"). This is known as a frugivorous diet, which is the diet by design of the human species and most primates. I don't cook my fruits, so you may also call this "raw vegan". I have eaten virtually every food item and major cultural style on this planet. I have experienced long periods of many different diet regimens: acid/alkaline, ketogenic, vegan, etc. In my spare time as a child, and an adult, I truly relished reading articles, books, and research papers on nutritional observation. I also enjoy and frequently practice long periods of juice fasting, water fasting, and dry fasting.

The sooner humans realize their species specific diet, the sooner we can stop dying from preventable - self - inflicted diseases... btw... stating that eggs are considered a vegetable almost looked as if you were promoting them or condoning them - obviously you are not... eggs are liquid protein flesh and lead to disease on a fast track!!
Good point...I didn’t realize that: The vegetable/egg Comment is what I say to vegetarians who eat eggs. I say, “is an egg a vegetable?” And then their response is, “huh? That’s funny... you serious? Of course not! :D”
To then I respond, “I thought you were a vegetarian?” ;D
Thank you. I just went and ate a papaya fruit after reading this
NICE!! Good going :) I’m gunna go eat this ripe papaya too ;)
This is valuable information! -not surprised- Your words often inspire me to be more healthy. This past week I managed to eat vegan I'd say about 80% of the time. I'm weaning myself off many chemicals and processed foods. It's a struggle but you're an awesome example! Keep posting!! And thank you;-)
Wow thank you for letting me know!! I’m so happy that you are loving yourself more and putting good fuel in your body :) From now on, eat 100% vegan. You are ready. And then let yourself experience the feelings of detoxing from dairy / eggs / flesh !
