Most people who start a diet are going to give up on it eventually . The strategy that most of these diets use are highly rewarding in the short term but cannot be incorporated as a lifestyle. These steps that are designed for Weight loss are often herculean in nature, making it virtually impossible to be absolved into everyday living, hence the frequent abandonment of the plans. For a diet to become effective and successful it has to fit in to the normal routine of the individual without making any discomfort. Also a common mantra for such diets is 'eat less, exercise more'. This is totally against the trend of today's culture of pleasure and convenience. Everybody is gravitating towards a sedentary life of high speed internet surfing and intermittent snacking, consequently eating less and exercising more isn't exactly a convenient thing to do as it cannot properly fit into today's culture.
Now except people have strong will power and self control, they will eventually dump any plan that makes them hungry, or physically stressed. The best way is to design a plan where someone can eat till they are full and still lose weight, without having to hit the gym three times a week.
The exciting news is this plan already exists.
It's called the LCHF plan-low carbohydrates High fat plan
Carbohydrates and Starch are the primary culprits when it comes to weight gain. Their end product is glucose and it is stored as fat cells in the body . Accumulation of fat cells in the body is responsible for excess weight . Similarly their presence in digested food increases insulin levels in the blood :now insulin is the hormone responsible for storage of fat. So when insulin level is reduced, the body no longer stores fat. More so, carbohydrates and starchy foods increase hunger levels. When they are present in diet the satiety level is increased making the body to require more food to feel full. By implications ,since hunger level return to normal after over all carbohydrate intake is reduced the individual can freely eat when hungry because the hunger is no longer exaggerated by the presence of carbohydrate . This therefore means hunger can be used as a safe indicator for when to eat.Simply put ,they'll be no need to starve! Once you're hungry eat .Accordingly simply reducing carbohydrate intake solves both the problem of hunger and fats storage. They couldn't have been a more flexible way of losing weight!
When the carbohydrate intake is reduced ,the body will begin to burn fat as an energy source to support normal function. The fat deposits in the body begin to deplete as the body mass drop and the weight begins to reduce. In this proven technique you dont need to count calories just ensure to avoid carbohydrates and starch and eat what ever else you want to your satisfaction.
Incidentally, the reduced carbohydrate intake may lead to fatigue because the body depends on carbohydrate for immediate energy during physical activities. Hence a healthier replacement for carbohydrate is needed .Interestingly ,consuming Fats directly will supply the energy required for activities without posing the risk for weight gain.
This dieting plan is simple, very easy to implement and hasn't any disruption in normal lifestyle.
