Starting June of 2017 started taking advice from dollar vigilante about dieting and fasting. Im not 100% veagan now but close to it and do the fasting first part of the day (basically just skip breakfast). Fruits and veggies as much as possible throughout the day. I like to make stir fry vegetables for dinner then add various sauces, usually yum-yum sauce. Ive lost 38 pounds since june and still counting! haven't been this slim since my 20's. Wasnt so bad, wife is happier too ;-)
Next i want to go to acapulco and buy an affordable condo. Thanks Jeff Berwick for your videos and insight!
