The plan was to start training today, but that didn't happen, postponed to Wednesday.
I had a simple meal plan today, 3 drumsticks well chicken thighs.
And then there was a stew for dinner for dinner.

Sorry no picture I didn't get to take a picture, but honestly it would be a lot of the same as the picture as from 2 days ago.
